We Are Committed to Keeping your Water Running During this Unprecedented Time
As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we are taking special measures to ensure health and well-being both for our essential staff and for our community. One of the ways to contain the spread of COVID-19 is to limit contact with others and time spent in public places. For these reasons, we have temporarily limited access to the public through April 27th, and will be increasing this measure to include locking the gate to our facility. In order to reduce the risk of exposure to our small but vital essential staff, the Board felt this was the safest and smartest option during this unpresented time.
Rest assured that we are still here for you! We will be maintaining our normal hours of operations with our Office Staff working from home whenever possible. We ask for your understanding and patience as we navigate this new arrangement. Please understand that this may increase call volume. If you are unable to get through the first time, please try again, or leave us a message we will return your call as quickly as possible. You can still pay your bill with the options below:
- PAY BY PHONE
- PAY ONLINE
- PAY BY MAIL
- PAY BY DROP BOX (AT CASEY’S ONLY)
We are committed to ensuring that your water and sewer services remain intact and operate seamlessly. We, in turn, ask for your support.
First, we ask that you please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. We have experienced two sewer back-ups and will continue to have these if anything other than toilet paper is being flushed. While these sewer back-ups did occur at the Main, that doesn’t mean that it cannot wreak havoc on the homeowner’s personal sewer line. A repair on your sewer service line can be very costly.
Second, we understand that some may be experiencing financial hardships at this time. If you can pay your bill, please do so. If you cannot, please contact our Office Staff so we can best assist you with your individual situation.
Lastly, we want to thank you for your ongoing support and commitment to this community in keeping everyone healthy and safe during this rapidly evolving time.
