Important Notice: Changes to Your Water Bill Format

Dear Sangamon Valley Public Water District Residents,

The Sangamon Valley Public Water District is making changes to improve your billing experience.

What's Changing?

Starting with the upcoming billing cycle, the Sangamon Valley Public Water District will transition from its current postcard bill format to a letter format. Your bills will now be delivered in envelopes to ensure a timely and better delivery service.

New Bill Format

All bills, including e-bills, will have a new format and look. We understand that this change can be confusing, and we're here to help.

Delivery Options Remain the Same

  • Paper Bill Only: You will receive your new letter-format bill in an envelope
  • E-Bill Only: You will continue to receive only the digital bill in the new format
  • Both Paper and E-Bill: You will receive both versions in the new format
