IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR SVPWD RESIDENTS
Construction Alert: Sewer Infrastructure Upgrade
We will be installing new sanitary sewer infrastructure, including manholes and a force main to service the Lake of the Woods lift station upgrade.
DURATION: Approximately 3-4 weeks
TRAFFIC IMPACT: • Temporary traffic lights installed on N. Lake of the Woods Rd., just north of Katherine Court
• Traffic reduced to ONE LANE (10 feet wide)
• Please obey all traffic signals and follow flagging personnel instructions
• Expect delays and plan extra travel time
EMERGENCY SERVICES: We have coordinated with local police, fire department, and school bus drivers to ensure continued access and service during construction.
⚠️ SAFETY REMINDERS: • Reduce speed in construction zones
• Maintain a safe following distance
• Be patient and courteous to other drivers
• Keep construction areas clear
